Faculty Tenure Track Position in Geotechnical Engineering at Northwestern University

The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Northwestern University invites applicants for a tenure track faculty position in geotechnical engineering. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, soil-structure interaction, numerical modeling, geo-mechanics, retaining structures, geotechnical earthquake engineering and flow through porous media. This position is open to mid-career and senior candidates with an earned Ph.D., the ability to establish a well-funded program of independent and collaborative research, and strong teaching skills.
