Registrations for the 2026 SFSI-OS – Riva del Garda, 28 June-1 July 2026 – are now open.

2026 SFSI-OS will offer a full-immersion training programme dedicated to dynamic soil-structure, fluid-structure and soil-fluid-structure interactions, with reference to civil engineering structures subjected to seismic, hydrodynamic (tsunami and flood) and fire hazards.

Participants will engage in hands-on modelling sessions throughout the School, combining theory and practice to master simulation techniques across different levels of complexity.

The School is tailored for researchers, PhD students and professional engineers seeking to understand and master numerical modelling of coupled multiphysics interaction problems in OpenSees.
