Mini-symposium at WCCM ECCOMAS 2020
We are delighted to invite you to speak in our mini-symposium, Acoustic Waves and Effective Mechanical Properties in Granular Media – the Mircromechanical Perspective, at the 14th World Congress in Computational Mechanics (https://www.wccm-eccomas2020.org/frontal/) to be held next July in Paris, FR.
The aim of the symposium is to bring together a broad range of specialists in the experimental, numerical simulation and theoretical modelling of granular materials in order to facilitate valuable knowledge exchange, and form fruitful new collaborations between modellers and experimentalists. Important dates are listed below:
– December 15, 2019: Deadline for presenting a one page abstract;
– February 28, 2020: Acceptance of the contributions and instructions for writing the final one page abstract;
– April 1, 2020: Deadline for submitting the final abstract and early bird registration.
