Registration for the ALERT Workshop and Doctoral School is open. Please complete the form below carefully.
This year, the ALERT Bureau has once again decided to offer one night of accommodation, in a double room only, to all PhD students attending the doctoral school and coming from an ALERT member institution.
In addition, all retired researchers attending the workshop will be offered one day of accommodation.

**The book of the Doctorate School lecture notes is included in the registration fees for all participants attending the School in Aussois.
Terms & Conditions
- The deadline for payment of registration fees by wire transfer is September 15 . The transfer must include the invoice number and the participant’s full name.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
Your stay at the Paul Langevin Center
- If you select accommodation at the Paul Langevin Center, your accommodation and meals will be provided at the Center. These reservations are based on the dates you provide below and are subject to availability.
- Capacity at the Centre is limited, and registrations are processed in order of receipt. Once the Centre is fully booked, accommodation will automatically be arranged at a hotel in Aussois at the same price.
- The invoice for your accommodation and meals will be issued separately at a later stage and will be payable directly at the Center.

In the event of any changes to or cancellation of your stay:
- To shorten your stay: Please notify the Paul Langevin Center this link at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. After this deadline, the invoice cannot be adjusted.
- To extend your stay: Requests to extend your stay are subject to availability. The Paul Langevin Center will do its best to accommodate your request.
- To cancel your stay: Please notify the Paul Langevin Center this link and ALERT as early as possible. This may allow a participant on the waiting list to take your place. If notice is not received at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee will apply.
