The 2026 ALERT OZ Summer School will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece in May 11-14 and is co-organized by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the National Technical University of Athens and Duke University.

The school will focus on “Computational and Data-driven Methods in Energy Geomechanics” and will include hands-on training in advanced computational tools. The list of confirmed speakers includes Prof. Martin Lesueur (TU Delft), Prof. Eleni Stavropoulou (NTUA/EPFL), Prof. Ioannis Stefanou (ENSTA Paris), Prof. Euripides Papamichos (AUTH) and Prof. Manolis Veveakis (Duke/AUTH).
