The PhD student Poster Prize was founded by the associations ALERT Geomaterials with the aim of promoting the dissemination of the scientific research carried out by PhD students in the field of geomechanics, through the presentation of a poster.
The amount of the prize for the winner is set to € 500. Only PhD candidates are eligible, meaning they must have not yet defended their PhD at the time of the poster session.
In order to take part in the poster competition, the candidates have to submit both their abstract and their poster (in pdf format). One poster corresponds to a unique PhD candidate. The deadline for applying to the poster prize will be announced on the ALERT website. The candidates have to attend in person the poster session to present their work.
