There are two PhD positions in the Geo-Engineering Section at TU Delft. The PhD projects are part of a nationally funded project which involves a large scale experiment, material (laboratory) experiments, constitutive modelling and numerical modelling. The focus is on accurately understanding the thermo-mechanical behaviour with many heat cycles during the pile lifetime.
The PhD positions are for 4 years and are fully funded. The deadline for applications is 15th October.
