The ALERT Poster session will be held during the ALERT Workshop in October 1-3, 2018 in Aussois. Those who are interested are asked to submit their abstracts (both word/openoffice and pdf files are required) by email to the coordinators Nadia Benahmed (email@example.com) and Antoine Wautier (firstname.lastname@example.org) using the attached abstract form (Template). The deadline for the abstracts submission is September 1, 2018. No abstract will be accepted after this date.
I have been started to prepare my abstract for the poster presentation. One of the sections of the template are figures. Are these obligatory to be presented at the abstract stage? If so, can these be changed later before the poster presentation in October?
I am also wondering if there is any word limit for the text part.
Thanks in advance for your advice.
figures are nor mandatory, feel free to add them if you need. The figures in the abstract don’t need to be the same as in the poster, you can update or improve them after submitting the abstract. There is no word limit but you should try to fit your abstract (including text, figures and references) in one or two pages to better fit the final editing of the book. For more information you can contact the coordinator Nadia Benahmed, you will find her email in the post.
