The research will be conducted collaboratively at INRIA-TRIPOP and INRAE-ECRINS. The PhD position offers an exciting opportunity to tackle complex problems at the intersection of granular physics and artificial intelligence, to enhance the understanding, modelling, and predictive capabilities in the context of natural gravitational hazards. The role provides extensive opportunities to develop expertise and skills for career paths in both academic research and industry.
