Applications are invited for a full Professor of Subsurface Engineering. This chair is a merger of the former part-time chairs of Foundation Engineering and Underground Space Technology, and concerns the practical implementation of geotechnical engineering concepts to address issues such as optimisation of foundation design, construction of tunnels in built-up areas, geo-risk management, sustainability, safety, and so on. More details and how to apply in the pdf file.
