As mentioned in the previous bus interest poll for the ALERT Geomaterials Annual Meeting in Aussois, the railway line serving Modane will be closed during the ALERT Annual Meeting.

Finally, a public replacement bus will run daily between Chambéry and Modane during the Annual Meeting, including weekends (see SNCF website for more detailsl). Therefore, we won´t provide a Chambéry–Modane shuttle.

We are now assessing interest in a dedicated Modane-Aussois shuttle.
