We are seeking a highly motivated PhD student for a fully funded 4-year position at Uppsala University, working on flow and transport in fractured rocks.

The PhD project will focus on uncertainty quantification in modelling flow and transport in fractured rocks, combining numerical modelling, statistical methods, and uncertainty analysis, with applications to the long-term safety assessment of geological repositories for radioactive waste.
