The registration for the ALERT Poster Session 2013, held during the ALERT Workshop, is open now! The 7th ALERT poster session will be organized by Donia Marzougui (3SR – Grenoble INP). All posters will be included in a booklet with ISBN, which will be made available on ALERT’s website after the Workshop. Those who have submitted an abstract and a poster to the organizers of the Workshop sessions, please send your posters to Donia, too!

Registration for the ALERT Workshop & School 2013 is open!
The registration for the ALERT Workshop and School 2013 is open now! You can register using the form at https://alertgeomaterials.eu/forms/registration.html . After filling the form and pressing the button “Register”, a window will open with your invoice. Please print it for your records! You will also get an email with the registration data afterwards. In case of the registration of ALERT members, the corresponding representative of the ALERT institution will receive the registration data too.
The deadline for the registration is the September 15th! The accomodation in Aussois will be processed in the order of the registrations (see the hints in the registration form).

The invited Special Lecture during the ALERT Workshop 2013 will be presented by Prof. Ronaldo Borja from Stanford University. The title of his talk is Triggering a shear band in heterogeneous porous media.

ALERT Workshop 2013 – Call for abstracts
As announced already in October 2012, ALERT Workshop 2013 (24th Edition) will be held in Aussois from September 30 to October 2, 2013. Please don’t forget to submit your abstracts by email directly to the coordinators using the Workshop abstract form (doc, pdf).
Since time for the presentations is limited, only part of the abstracts submitted will be chosen for oral presentations. Therefore, we invite you to submit your abstract as soon as possible. The presentation can also be submitted as a poster. The deadline for the abstract submission is April 30, 2013 . For any communication about your participation to the workshops, please contact directly the organizers of the sessions.
